Who we are? Webtel Sp. z o.o. was established in the year 2000. It is supplier of complex informatics solutions operating on B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) platforms. We also provide services in range of e-marketing: websites creation, internet campaigns and interactive solutions. Basic stream of our activity is ensuring technological background for companies of Internet Group holding.
Webtel is a leading company on polish market of original software applications for companies specialized in multi-channel customer service using advanced telecommunication and informatics solutions. Webtel implements complex equipment and producer integrator and service provider in range of telecommunication and informatics solutions dedicated to handling a multi-channel contact layer.
We own strong finance and technology infrastructure as we are a part of large capital holding - Internet Group S.A. It holds among others the largest call center company in middle Europe for which we build informatics infrastructure.

History - 2000 :: Founding of company Webtel - Interactive Solutions – supplier of interactive web solutions, interactive agency, creation of WebCallCenter
- 2001 :: Buyout of most of Webtel shares by Communication One Inc., that owns shares (among others) in Call Center Poland S.A. and Business Point Customer Interaction Center. Out of “Webtel – Interactive Internet Solutions” structures, arose “Webtel – Teleinformatics for Business”, to be software base for outsourcing contact centers within holding.
- 2002 :: Implementation of UNICALL system at Call Center Poland S.A. and Contact Point – decision was made to let UNICAL out on the market.
- 2003 :: Infotel’s Laurel – prize in field of tele-informatics system for UNICALL CTIContact.
- 2004 :: Golden Arrow (Złota Strzała) – prize in field of direct marketing in category of multimedia and WWW sites.
- 2007 :: We became „Business Gazelle” (‘Gazela Biznesu’ – award)
- 2007 :: We are technological company within Internet Group S.A. holding.
- 2008 :: We once again receive "Business Gazelle" award.
